At Sunnys, we are committed to offering reliable and efficient shipping, no matter where you are located. We ship worldwide and work to ensure a smooth, responsive delivery experience for every customer.

Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery process is divided into two key periods:

  1. Processing Time (24-48  hours):

    • Order confirmation, adjustment, quality inspection, and packaging.

  2. Delivery Time (Approximately 6-10 Business Days):

    • The time required for your order to travel from our international shipping center to your delivery location.
    • Estimated delivery times for major destinations:
      • USA / Canada / Australia: 6-10 business days.
    • Holiday / Peak Season delivery times for major destinations:
      • USA / Canada / Australia: 10-15 business days.

Please note: Shipping times do not include potential delays due to customs and duties. Additionally, there may be longer delivery times during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer the following shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping (with tracking): Free
  • Insured Delivery: Included with all orders for added peace of mind

TRACKING

  • Every order is shipped with a tracking number

     

  • You will receive an email containing your tracking details once your order has been dispatched to the courier’s sorting facility

     

  • Tracking updates are provided directly through the carrier’s tracking system

     

  • If your tracking number shows no updates after 5 business days, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier

Shipping Insurance Policy

We are committed to ensuring that your shipments are handled carefully and reach their destinations safely. To provide additional security, we offer optional shipping insurance. This document outlines our policy regarding the non-refundable nature of shipping insurance. 

Policy Details

  • Insurance Coverage: Shipping insurance covers loss, theft, or damage to your package during transit, up to the value declared at the time of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable Clause: Once purchased, shipping insurance is non-refundable, regardless of whether the shipment is used or the outcome of the shipment.
  • Claim Process: In the event of a claim, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving damaged goods or within 14 days for lost items. Provide all necessary documentation, including proof of value and any photographic evidence if applicable.
  • Exclusions: Shipping insurance does not cover delays, consequential losses, or any pre-existing damages not caused during transit.

Acceptance

By purchasing shipping insurance, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy, including its non-refundable nature.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Please be aware that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Packaging and processing begin immediately upon receipt of your order.

Wrong Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
If a package is undeliverable due to a missing incomplete or incorrect address we will help as much as possible but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
We always verify shipping details with each order confirmation to avoid such issues.

Refusal of Package

If an order arrives in Saudi Arabia and the customer refuses to accept it the package will be returned to our UAE warehouse.

In such cases delivery fees and any third party costs charged by the courier will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are issued only after the package has safely returned to our UAE warehouse and inspection is completed.
